Returns and Refund Policy

 

At OLUMES, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please carefully read our returns and refund policy to understand the conditions and processes.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Normal-Priced Items

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed for normal-priced items within 14 days from the date stated on the Tax Invoice.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased from SALE, MARKDOWN, or as otherwise indicated on the website are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please select carefully.

1.3 Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all related accessories included, and packaged appropriately.
  • If these conditions are not met or if the item is deemed unreasonable for return or exchange, it will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Same Item Exchange

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same item. If the item is out of stock, you may select a different item from our website, subject to availability.

2.2 Courier Service Exchanges

  • Exchanges can only be processed via courier. Ensure proper packing to avoid damage during transit.

3. Return and Refund Process

3.1 Approval and Store Credit

  • All returns require prior approval. Once approved, we will issue a store credit to your account for future purchases.
  • Cash refunds are not provided.

3.2 Original Tax Invoice

  • Please include the original Tax Invoice with any returns or exchanges. Requests without the Tax Invoice will not be processed.

3.3 Inspection and Decision

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request.
  • Our decision on exchanges and returns is final.

4. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

You will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The returned goods are found to be ineligible (e.g., not faulty or damaged and correctly correspond to the website description).
  • The returned goods do not meet our Exchange & Return Policy.
  • The goods are returned after the 14-day window from the Tax Invoice date.
  • The goods are incorrectly shipped to us due to an error in understanding the policy.

Ineligible goods will be sent back to you at your own cost or, if unclaimed, disposed of without liability after 14 days from notification.

5. Shipping and Responsibility

5.1 Customer Responsibility

  • Returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Ensure items are packed properly to avoid any damage during transit.
  • OLUMES is not responsible for loss or damage of items during return transit.

5.2 Inspection Upon Return

  • Items that do not meet our return or exchange standards will either be sent back at your expense or disposed of as deemed appropriate.
  • OLUMES will not process any requests for items returned by mistake.

6. Policy Enforcement

  • OLUMES reserves the right to refuse or deny any exchange or return request if items do not meet the stipulated conditions.
  • Items returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • If return requests are denied, you must pay the shipping and return charges within 14 days of notification. Failure to comply will result in disposal of the items without further liability to OLUMES.
