 Coverage Areas
We deliver within Malaysia and internationally. Ensure that street names and postcodes are accurate for successful delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

    Parcel Inspection
        If the package seal is opened or damaged, do not accept the parcel and immediately notify the courier.
Â
    Missed Deliveries
        If you are unavailable to receive your order, contact the courier service promptly to arrange redelivery or pick-up within their stipulated time frame.
        Failure to collect your order within the courier’s timeframe may result in disposal of the parcel, with no refunds provided.

  Packaging
        All orders are packed using standard OLUMES packaging materials.

  Delivery Address
        Each order is delivered to one address only. For multiple delivery addresses, place separate orders.

Order Tracking
        A tracking ID will be sent via confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Use this ID to track your shipment.
        Keep the receipt of your delivered package for reference.

Shipping Charges

    Peninsular Malaysia: RM6 for the first 1kg, RM2 for each additional 0.5kg.
    Sabah, Labuan & Sarawak: RM16 for the first 0.5kg, RM8 for each additional 0.5kg.
    International Orders: Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  Order Confirmation
        Orders confirmed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed starting the next business day.
        Orders confirmed after 12 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business working day.

  Processing and Delivery Timeframes
        Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days after processing.
        Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days after processing.
        International Orders: 3-5 business days after processing, subject to DHL Express delivery times.

    During peak sales, promotions, and festive periods, order processing and delivery times may be extended.
